POA

The Northside Meadow Property Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) is the entity that owns and manages all common areas in the subdivision.  Through its Board of Directors (the “Board”), the Association ensures that all Members pay Assessments to cover the costs of maintenance and improvements needed to keep the community looking good and safe and clean for everyone.

The Board sets policies but relies on the management company to handle day-to-day operations and implementation of the policies.  Members elect members to the Board on a rotating cycle (terms expire in different years to ensure continuity of governance).

Paying Your Assessment

Assessments are due by the first day of each month and are collected by the management company on behalf of the Association.  Please follow these instructions to pay your assessment.  Late fees are applied in accordance with our Collection Policy (located in the Community Manual).

Enforcement of Restrictive Covenants

Another function of the Association is to enforce the Restrictions and other rules in a fair and consistent, non-discriminatory manner.  The Board is responsible for setting policies to ensure that rules are enforced the same regardless of your address or affiliation.  Please refer to the Fine and Enforcement Policy in the Community Manual for details.

Contacting the Association

The best way to contact the Association about an issue, question or concern is to complete the Contact Us form on this website.  Rest assured, that your message will be routed to the right person, and you will get a response more quickly if you use this form.  If you require or want a response, then please include your name and e-mail address.  The Association will not respond to anonymous messages.  However, it will take the input into consideration.

If messages appear to be coming disproportionately from certain locations, the Association may take steps to block further communication from that location.  These spam-blockers allow the Association to focus limited resources on the community’s priorities.
