Changes to the Exterior of Your Home

Every project or change made to the exterior of a home within the subdivision, including those changes made in back yards, require approval.  Approval must be obtained prior to making the change.

Changes include not only modifications, but also placing items in public view.  Signs are handled separately, so please refer to appropriate rules for details.

In some cases, changes have been approved in advance, by the Architectural Control Committee, or the Board of Directors.  However, any changes that are not pre-approved require the homeowner to submit an ACC Improvement Request Form to request approval.  Any preapproved changes are mentioned in Board resolutions, and Fast Track Guidelines.  Both are located in our Document Portal (?) for your convenience.
