The Board of Directors established the Community Needs Panel Committee (“CNP”) in May. The purpose of the CNP is to assist and advise the Board in identifying requirements for goods and services that the Association consumes to provide residents with services and products needed to sustain or improve the quality of living within the community. The CNP is also responsible for evaluating performance of business partners (e.g., vendors and contractors) and making recommendations to the Board. The CNP will be made up of up to five (5) owners, including the chair.
If you are interested in learning more about the CNP, please contact the Board and/or attend our next Town Hall Gathering in July.
